Chocolate Coffee Ice Cream Cake


My family is not big peanut butter lovers so I tweeked this.Follow the instructions on how to do it as show in the picture. I used the crust exactly as shown but changed the filling and topping ingredients:

For the Filling:

3 packets of Soft Serve Coffee

1 1/2 cups of ice

1/2 cup of water

For the Topping:

1 packet Chocolate Pudding

1 packet Dutch Chocolate Shake

2 Tbsp low fat Cream Cheese

3/4 cup of Ice

1/2 cup of water

I left out the drizzle, feel free to use the Walden Farms Chocolate Syrup

Cut the cake into 8 slices. Each slice (the coffee way) is 1 MF meal and 1/4 of a Healthy fat
