My version of a Frappucino. While I always worked hard to avoid them, when I wasn’t as careful about what I eat,  every once in a while I still craved them and gave in. Now there is NO reason to avoid it. Especially summer time or when I’m running around, there are very refreshing in a to go cup!


1packet of MF Chocolate or Vanilla pudding

1/4 cup of boiling water mixed with 1 heaping tsp of coffee (regular or decaf)

1/2 cup of Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk

2 cups of Ice

Combine in a blender and ENJOY!

1 MF Meal, either 1 or 1/2 a condiment (depending on the almond milk)

I have left out the coffee but then suggest less ice and more almond milk to help boost the flavor.
