Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups shredded cabbage (3 Greens)
2 tsp red wine vinegar (1/3 Condiment)
1 tsp olive oil (1 Healthy Fat)
salt, pepper, and garlic powder to the mix (1/2 tsp combined) (1 Condiment)
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a medium size bowl and let it sit for at least 2 hours before serving.
