Honey Mustard Chicken Salad

1 Lean, 1 Healthy Fat, ½ condiment (chicken alone)


7.1 oz raw chicken

1 Tbsp Walden farm Honey Mustard Dressing

1 Tbsp Egg  Beaters

2 Tbsp Ground Flax Seed

Cut the chicken in to small bit size pieces and let it marinate in a bag combined with the dressing and egg beaters. (I have left it for up to 6 hours in the fridge). Remove it from the bag and Toss is with the ground flax seed and bake at 350 deg for 20-25 min.

I put it on top of:

2 cups of lettuces (2 green)

¼ cup cucmbers (1/2 green)

¼ cup peppers (1/2 green)

Drizzle with Walden Farms Balsamic Salad Dressing (3 Tbsp=  1 ½ condiments, 5= 2 ½ condiments)
