1 packet of garlic Mashed Potatoes
½ boiling water
10 sprays of pam
Mix the water and the packet of mashed potatoes. Put a frying pan on medium heat and put 10 sprays (coating the bottom of the pan) of Pam on it. Then put small circles of the mashed potatoe mixture in the pan (mini latke size). Wait until you see that the pam is turning brown and carefully flip each little latke over. Wait until that is crisped up and remove and enjoy!
