Parmessan Ranch Tilapia

1 Protein, 2 condiments (don’t forget you still need 2 healthy fats)


2 1/2 pieces of Tilapia

2 tbsp Walden Farms ranch dressing

1 tbsp parmesan cheese


Lay the flounder on a baking sheet (I prefer to put foil or parchment paper underneath). Put the ranch dressing on top and then put on the parmesan cheese. Bake at 425 for 10 minutes
