Spanish Chicken Crock Pot Style

1 lean, 3 Green, 1 Condiment


4 boneless/skinless chicken breasts

salt and pepper

2 Tbsp Chopped Onion

1 cup green beans

1 can (4oz.) sliced mushrooms

1/2 tsp tarragon

1/4 tsp garlic powder

1 (16 oz) can stewed tomatoes


Arrange chicken in bottom of crockpot. Add the onion, beans, mushrooms, tarragon, garlic powder, tomatoes and salt and pepper. Cover and cook on low 8 hours.
