2 Servings. Each Serving 1 lean, 3 Green, 1.75 Condiment
Ingredients:
1 cup Low Sodium Chicken Broth
1 Cup Water
12.5 oz Ground lean beef
1 cup Celery, chopped
1 cup Mushroom, Chopped
1 cup Diced Canned Tomato
1/2 tsp garlic Powder
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
Directions:
Saute the ground beef till brown in a pan. Add the beef broth, water, veggies and spices. Boil this soup on medium heat and cover. Simmer for an hour until veggies cook through.
