1 Serving. Each Serving is 1 Lean, 3 Green, 1 Healthy Fat, 2.5 Condiments
Ingredients:
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (I use Silk so this counts as 1/2 a condiment)
1/2 Tbsp Butter
1/3 cup low fat Mozzarella Cheese (add a drop more to equal 1 protein)
1 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese
1 tablespoon chives
1 5-ounce can drained tuna packed in water (drained it is 4 oz)
1 cup cooked spaghetti squash
1/2 cup broccoli
Salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
To make sauce: Heat almond milk, butter and cheeses and stir until they melt and sauce thickens up. Add rest of ingredients reserving some of the mozarella to sprinkle on top. Spread in a casserole dish, sprinkle cheese on top and bake for 30 minutes at 350 or until nice and hot.
