Ingredients:
4 Tsp Oil
12.5 oz Extra Lean ground Beef
11.9 oz Ground Turkey
2 cups (medium size can) Hunts Tomato Sauce (no salt added)
2 Tsp Tomato Paste
1 Tbsp Mrs. Dash Italian Medley
Salt and Pepper to Taste
Directions:
In a large skillet heat up the oil. Place both meats in the pan and brown it all. Then pour in the tomato sauce, tomato paste and Italian seasoning. Heat through for 10-15 min on medium to low heat.
I love to serve it on top of 1 1/4 cup of Shiritake Noodles (considered a vegetable). Pour the noodles into a colander and rinse. Put the noodles into a small sauce pan and add the meat sauce. Heat through and devour!
