2 Servings per recipe. Each serving is 1 Lean, 1.75 Condiments
Ingredients:
1 Cube Frozen Garlic
2 Cube Frozen Basil
1 tsp Lemon Juice
1/8 tsp salt
2 pieces of Salmon
Directions:
Place a piece of parchment paper in a pan, with enough room to be able to close the fish. Place the 2 pieces of fish skin side down. In a bowl mash the frozen basil, garlic, lemon juice and salt together in to a paste. Split it in half and spread half on each fish. Close up the parchment paper by rolling the sides down and tucking it under the fish. Allow it to marinate in the fridge for 2-4 hours (I’ve done it without but this allows the flavor to melt into the fish). Preheat the oven to 350 deg. Bake the fish for 20-25 minutes (or as long as you normally bake salmon for).
