3 greens and 1 Condiment and 1 Healthy Fat
1 1/2 cup cauliflower (3 Greens)
1/2 Tbsp Butter (1 Healthy Fat)
1 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese (1 Condiment)
Cook the cauliflower (I prefer to boil/steam in water). Combine all ingredients in a bowl and use a hand mixer and mix until creamy. You can also use a food processor for this.
Feel Free to substitute 1 tsp margarine for a pareve healthy fat
