1 lean, 3 Green Condiments varies on what and how much you add.
2/3 cup vegetarian meat crumble, cooked through in skillet with any spices you like (I used cumin, garlic powder, onion powder and turmeric for a Spanish style taste)
1/2 c low fat shredded mozzarella cheese
2 T salsa
1.5 c cooked spaghetti squash
Combine everything and enjoy!
Note (from Debbie): I used the brand lightlife for my crumbles, and 2/3 of a cup is 2/3 of a lean, to which I added 1/2 c mozzarella for the other 1/3 of the lean. Different brands of crumble and of cheese may yield different amounts. Please check with your coach or nutrition support.
