1 Meal, ½ condiment (2 condiments with icing)
Ingredients:
1 Shake (I used mocha)
¼ Tsp baking powder (.5 condiment) 2 Tbsp egg beaters 2 Tbs water Optional 1 Tbsp reduced fat cream cheese (1 condiment) ½ packet splenda (.5 condiment)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Mix dry ingredients, then add wet ingredients. Bake in ramekin or muffin cup for 15 minutes. Let cool. If you have spare condiments, mix cream cheese with splenda and spread on top. Submitted by MY amazing coach, Jacqui Moskowitz
