This soup is a filling and healthy alternative if you are hungry. Also don’t forget you can have
1/4 Lean, 1.3 Condiments, 1/8 Healthy Fat (Optional)
Ingredients:
1 cup Chicken Broth
1/4 tsp Soy Sauce
1/2 cup Egg Beaters
1 tsp Fresh Chives
1/8 tsp Sesame Oil (OPTIONAL, If using as Free Protein DO NO USE!)
Directions:
In a sauce pan (not pot) add the chicken broth, soy sauce, chives and sesame oil. Bring to a rolling boil and using a spoon swirl the boiling water in a circle. As it is spinning SLOWLY start to drizzle in all the eggs, keep the soup swirling for about a minute so that it fully cooks the eggs.
NOTE: I Leave out the healthy fat since i like to use it as butter on my pancake muffins! Also leave out the healthy fay if you are going to use this as your “Free 2oz of Protein”
