This gets a bit complicated with the math so try and keep up.
If you cut the kugel into:
18 pieces: 1 Green, .2 condiment, .07 healthy fat, .03 Lean
6 pieces: 3 Green, .8 Condiment, .33 Healthy Fat, .1 Lean
Ingredients:
9 Cups frozen Broccoli (tiny pieces)
1/2 Cup Almond Milk Unsweetened Plain (MAKE SURE YOURS IS PAREVE)
2 TBSP onion soup mix (PLEASE NOTE: As far as I know the only onion soup mix that follows this nutrition is the Lipton Kosher Onion Recipe Soup & Dip Mix)
2 Tbsp Low Fat Mayo
1.5 Cup Egg Beaters
10 Sprays of Pam
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350 deg. Spray a 9×13 with a Pam. Pour all the broccoli into the pan. In a separate bowl mix all the other ingredients. Pour over the broccoli and combine well. Bake for 1 hour uncovered.
