So my kids love deli roll but its probably because I love it more… I mean who doesn’t LOVE a puff pastry! So I created this delicious alternative that was a HUGE hit this week!
Servings 1, Each serving 1 lean, 3 green, 1/2 condiment
Ingredients:
1 large Pareve Cauliflower Crust (Scroll down for pareve version)
1/2 cup tomato sauce
2 Servings Empire Sliced Turkey breast
3 oz Shredded BBQ Chicken
Directions:
Place crust on a parchment paper with a little pam, cover with tomato sauce. Then gently place all the turkey slices and on top of that BBQ Chicken. Roll it up carefully and heat it in the oven for 15- 20 min. When its done, and while its hot, roll it up in aluminum foil and store it in the fridge.
Option: Feel free to use mustard instead of tomato sauce but then you will need more vegetables and don’t forget to count it towards your condiment.
Just to confirm-the serving is the entire roll?
