Snickerdoodle Cookies

Now that its getting cold, I’m cutting down on my shakes. So now i need to find a way to use them up AND fill that meal with something delicious that feels like a treat!

Servings 2. Each serving is 1 Meal replacement, 2 Condiments


2 packet Medifast Vanilla Shake

1/4 tsp cinnamon

1 packet splenda

Cold water

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp van extract

2 Tbsp Sugar Free Walden Farm Pancake Syrup



Preheat the oven to 350 deg. Put a piece of parchment paper on a cookie sheet and spray with pam. IMPORTANT STEP: In a measuring cup place the syrup and the vanilla and THEN add the water to 2/3 a cup. You need less water than 2/3 a cup which is why its important to measure AFTER you put in the other wet liquids. It also helps the syrup combine well. Mix the liquids. In a separate bowl mix the dry ingredients. Add the wet to the dry. Combine well. the make little circles on the cookie sheet. bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes.

Note: I prefer mine a bit soft and then when i go to eat them, I toast them up.
