CornBeef and Cabbage

So I just tend to stock up on meat when it goes on sale. Doesn’t really matter the cut, but lately I’ve been so busy that I haven’t had time to really cook. But apparently that doesn’t stop everyone from wanting dinner at night. This came about from that.  NOTE: Raw meat like this is hard to measure how it would convert so PLEASE measure your own portions of 5oz before eating!!

Servings 4: Each Serving 1 lean, 3 green, Condiments

Ingredients:

1.5 lb corn beef

4 1/2 cups shredded cabbage (big pieces)

1 can  (1 1/2 cups) diced tomatoes, NO SALT ADDED

Directions:

Place a large crock pot safe bag in your crock pot (with water outside it). Inside the bag, place the cabbage and tomatoes on the bottom. Then place the meat on top of the cabbage/tomato. Tie the bag closed and set it on high for 1 hour, then low for 6-8 more OR on low for 3 hours and then keep warm for 24 hours.
